      the fight is at145. but since its for the welterweight title, the max weight allowed should be 147. but pac side insisted on a catch weight. if you fight for a belt that max weight is 147 you should be allowed to enter at that weight. but since pac is so special they have catch weight cause roach eats balls

        cotto can come in at 147 if he wants.

        he'll just have to pay pacquiao money.

          Yes, that is 100% correct. Anything from 141-147 is a WW fight. This fight will be at 145 with the belts on the line and Cotto has to pay 1mil for every pound that he is over. However, Roach said that he wont fight Cotto at all of he weighs in over 147 pounds

            Lol that's not gonna work. You have to stay within the minimum weight on that particular division. Heavyweight, it's 201 and 141 for the welters. Any lower than that, no state sanctioning bodies will sanction the fight.
