I just don't understand why someone would bleed from his eyes and ears. It's almost unheard of.

dont really know maybe he was exaggerating miguels condition or maybe that was actually the case either way his point was that from the swelling and bleeding he didnt understand how someone could do that with just boxing gloves and he obviously feels that margs loaded his gloves against his son

I can only go on what I heard, he was talking about the Pacquiao/Hatton fight. You interpreted something different. They also cut the sound off when he was still talking about it.

Even if Roach thought Hatton wasn't good, it doesn't bother me in the slightest, he has nothing to prove, Roach has already said he's envious of what Hatton achieved as a boxer and that's praise enough.

I didn't mean for this thread to be an attack on Cotto or anything, I like the man and the fighter, I was just curious about these injuries as they're so unheard of. I mean, who bleeds out of their ears or eyes

Anyway if you watched the fight, it was pretty clear that he was bleeding from his eyes and ears.
