24/7 pac/cotto was very beneficial to cotto

i gotta admit that cotto came outta that episode looking real good.

    1) it gave cotto an excuse to losing against margo (plaster)

    2) it showed cotto reuniting with his woman

    3) it showed cotto as a good father

    4) team cotto looked gansta in slow mo

    5) the tampa mansion was a good backdrop

    6) cotto got an obese dude to contrast with cotto's seriousness.

all in all, cotto came off very sympathetic in this episode. HBO did a great job for cotto.

All in all Cotto did come out looking good. As far as him coming out of show with excuses for Marg loss, I disagree. He's never given any excuses for that loss and never will. It may have raised some eyebrows concerning the loss but thats for others to debate !

He came out great, but 24/7 always makes the underdog look more focused and better prepared. It hasn't worked out too well for them in the ring. I think it's 50/50, but we'll see if the 24/7 curse strikes again.

I, underatand what you posted and also know you never said he uses it as an excuse. As far as the producers I'm not sure what their intentions are. It's possible they are giving him an out for the loss?

                I agree
                I'm surprised I don't see any "co-sign" post from a cotto fan.

He used it as an excuse in BPP's posts yesterday.
