It took Cotto a long, long time to even hint at the possibility that Margarito had cheated against him. For a long while the only thing he said was: "I choose to believe he had a great night against me"...Even now, that he's been more open about it he says: "I think it wasn't the first time [against Mosley] but the only one who knows this is him"

And by the way, Cotto has never used plaster or illegal hand wraps or anything, so there's really nothing Pac could claim.

If Pac loses, he would be man enough to accept defeat, and his fans would follows, just like what he did when he loss to Morales! He isn't Cotto who was crying claiming Margarito cheated on him of plaster of paris hand wraps! Well, Margarito attempted to cheat Mosley, but not proven he did to Cotto! Man. Talk about revisionist history. Cotto never claimed that Margarito cheated. He kept his mouth shut for months and when asked about the fight all he would say was that he had never been hit that hard. When all the rumors about steroids came out he stated that he didnt think so. When the plaster of paris was found before the Mosley fight he controlled himself and said that he wasnt sure if Margarito did the same thing with him. Later on he did say that a boxer always knows when their gloves have been altered. Only now does Cotto say that Margarito should not get his license back and has stated publicly that he does not want to give Margarito a pay day by fighting him. But he has never given excuses. That's just not Cotto so don't talk if you don't know the facts.

If Pac wins he wins. That's it. No excuses.

People will see on the 14th that it will likely be Cotto pinned against the ropes much like DLH was in the corner with Pac throwing 5 punch combos after rd 7 or 8. Cotto will be backpeddling to avoid Pac's punches until he starts to tire. Cotto will be trying to pin Manny but he will spin around as soon as his back hits the ropes leaving Cotto against the ropes and then it'll be a 3 or 4 punch combo and slip away, back to the center of the ring. Cotto was pinned against Margs for much of the fight, while Pac was slipping and spinning Hatton as soon as his back hit the ropes- should be the same kind of strategy here as Cotto and Hatton are both up-close pressure fighters.
