    Why not the cruiserweights?

Jones went from light heavy to heavy. Now Tarver might. There's a big, big difference between 175 and 210+.

Why aren't some of these guys looking at Kelvin Davis, Jean-Marc Mormeck, Wayne Braithwaite? It's not like their household names, but neither are Glencoffe Johnson or Rico Hoye?

It's like they don't acknowledge cruiserweight exists. Roy could have won in another weight class and still not had to lose all that weight after the Ruiz fight where he never fought the same afterwards.

Kelvin Davis is a good show, a good talker, and a good guy to promote a fight with. Braithwaite is undefeated and has been on some PPV undercards. Why not the cruiser?

There's maybe some interest in Tarver-Johnson, but if Hopkins fights Mayorga, maybe Tarver should look to the NEXT weight class up.

Cruiserweight is where fighters hide that cant beat anybody at light heavey or heavywieght. Its hard to get big money fights at cruiserweight.

If that were the case they would either move down and dominate or move up and dominate. The fact that this isn't happening proves this theory to be false. Look at how much Jirov and JCG are doing at HW.

Exactly, there is little to no money fight available at cruiser- it is like facing bigger puncher and thus upping the risk but without the reward. At heavy there is just more buck available to fighters- I think Tarver/Toney might be interesting for one...

any combo of tarver, jirov and toney would be good....and imagine the **** toney would be shouting if he beat roy jones conqueror.

what is jirov doing? and why is tarver fighting some briggs guy.
maybe like danny williams going from oleg maskaev to v-klit tarver will fight someone better like joe calzaghe

Calzaghe is hiding behind Frank Warren so that Tarver won't see him when looking for an opponent.
