Pacquiao is hiring Roach as a trainer, Roach isn't hiring Pacquiao as a fighter. Even though his focus should soley be on the ring, Freddie should come to terms with the fact that boxing isn't Pacquiao's sole focus in life he has other responsibilities and commitments.
