There was only a small portion that didnt like it. The majority liked it very much. It just seemed like it was hated because Al Haymon made a topic where he called the 24/7 episode the worst ever in history. Alot of people commented it on it so the topic kept on being bumped. . Reason running burns more calories is because it is a HIGH IMPACT exercise. Swimming is very low.
