Why are they using captions when Manny speaks English?

I don't get it. Manny Pacquiao speaks English good enough to get away with not needing captions, if anyone needs captions it would be Roach, Roger and Mayweather Sr. Even Cotto's English is a little bad and they don't use captions on him.

But Kudos to both Manny and Cotto for learning or at least trying to learn the language.

Nah, tonights episode is proof that PAC has surpassed Cotto in the english speaking dept.

PAC's accent is what f**ks it up for him, he could be speaking perfect english, but that accent makes it difficult for folks to understand. I'm Filipino and I even have a hard time understanding him sometimes due to his accent.
