Does UFC want to get killed again?

I'm not even remotely convinced Pac/Cotto will break the 1.2M mark.
I mean it goes on US PPV sales and neither Pac or Cotto are from the USA.Comment

No. I'm saying if the boxing promoters were confident about their cards and know they can beat any MMA card, why are we seeing cards going up against MMA cards that everyone and their mom knows can't (and aren't) compete with.
If everyone is confident that Cotto/Pac can draw big numbers (and it should, no doubt), why put it up against a card that's supposed to help build up interest for euro fighters instead of the title fight between Rua/Machida?
Wouldn't that be the huge ice cream sundae if a Boxing match made better numbers then a whole MMA card with a title fight?Comment

105 is Couture/VeraMan... This is going to be another ****ed up event for the UFC.
They got outsold about 10 or 11 to 1 by Mayweather/Marquez. That wasn't a huge fight either. Cotto/Pacquiao is a HUGE fight and Brock just pulled out of the UFC main event. I'm guessing sales will be about 15 or 20 to 1 in favor of the Cotto/Pacquiao fight
106 is Carwin/Lesnar
He's got swine flu. They postponed the match for Jan. 2ndComment

Undisclosed illness.
Something tells me he wasn't progressing well or looking good in training camp. The dude has been looking fatter and fatter from fight to fight. He was supposed to fight Shane Carwin; Shane is a big threat to Lesnar and is not to be taken lightly.Comment
