If Hatton was as bad as some say "Gatti light etc." than he'd have 10+ losses like Gatti did! Hatton has NEVER struggled or lost to B (even C) class fighters like Gatti did and Ricky was competitive with Floyd for 8 rounds. Gatti never even touched Floyd, I love Gatti but he just wasn't in Hatton's class...
Dude, Collazo took a prime Hatton to the limit.

Hatton was never a A class fighter.

Even Cotto's wins over Corley and Pinto are more impressive than a win over Hatton.
Hatton would beat Corley and Pinto though.

Hatton would've easily had that many losses if Frank Warren didn't guide his career so masterfully in England.

The minute he stepped foot in the U.S he got his ass kicked.

Lazcano kicked his ass, Collazo kicked his ass, Floyd kicked his ass, Manny kicked his ass.

If he had fought in the U.S earlier, he would've racked up losses much quicker. Warren protected him for a long, long motha****in time.

Sure he did with the assist of Plaster. How brave of him.

I like how when Freddie talks about 1st round KO's, people are quick to say he's full of **** - but when it comes to his opinion on Ricky Hatton those same people take it as if his word is gold. Bottom line - 45 wins and only 2 losses to P4P #1 fighters is a pretty damn good track record - continue to cry about it.

Wasn't that fight in Manchester? And, didn't Hatton win like 10rds of that fight?

Did Malinnaggi who is a lower top 10 JWW kick his ass?

Collazo was a champion in a higher weight class that Hatton beat in his 1st fight at WW, Gatti could never beat a Collazo caliber fighter at WW. If Hatton wasn't an A class fighter than there's only been a handful of A class fighters in boxing history...
