I think I agree with your's more than the ring one... I would NEVER rate Mayweather ABOVE Tszyu.

Light-welterweight is Tszyu's neighbourhood, and if Mayweather wants to crash it... Fighting Gatti isn't the way to do it!

Tszyu's been too inactive to be rated higher than Mayweather, other than that i'd probably agree.
