I think what should happen, is that after a fighter starts to take a bit of punishment. He's at his lowest ebb, his body is battered, his will is being broken - a man comes in and farts directly in his face.

A real stinky fart to. One of those ones that you can make yourself and it even pisses you off and you're the one who made it - as it stinks so much, and lingers for ages. That type of fart that fills your lungs and makes you dry-retch a little.
