        dominated.... adamek has decent speed at HW... slow at LHW, ok at CW... but he was good at HW

        i'd watch him fight Haye or Chambers next

                        Good performance by Adamek. Now get your ass back down to Cruiser and fight B-Hop after he takes care of RJJ or give Cunningham a rematch. Them big boys like Klitchko will take care of you if you decide to stay at Heavy unless you want to fight Haye, Arreola, or Tua.

                            He actually looked fast at heavy. I don't think he'll do as much damage as Haye will but I'd like to see him in the division's best guys. Not the Klits yet though.
