The bar is set according to SRR standards!
De La Hoya: B- Tremendous skill and ability, but lacked the toughness in big-fights and outright ducking of Winky Wright!!
Pacquiao: B+ What more can we ask for from the PACMAN, he has delivered more than we thought possible. Has shown solid improvements in different areas of the sweet science
Roy Jones: B One of the most talented fighters to ever grace the earth. But, in the face of adversity, he has shown to have the De La Joto syndrome.
Hatton: C+, good athlete, tough and really low boxing IQ.
Hopkins: B- I simply can't grade him higher than RJJ, although he's way tougher than RJJ. His second-stage of his boxing career has proven to be more succesful than his first, smart matchmaking, has made him look better than he actually is.
Mayweather: B- Another once in a lifetime talent, excellent skills, but, who has he fought?
Berto: C+ Terrific speed, struggled against a contender enroute to a W.
Malignaggi: C+ Speedy, tough and that's about it.
** D*mn, some of you are giving out "A's" like it's peanuts, I wish I had y'all as my professors. **
I don't even give my favorite fighter an A.Last edited by BOX-A-LOT; 10-24-2009, 03:38 PM.Comment

I guess you are right, he was a champ and he beat some solid opposition so I guess I can change it to a B- but that is as high as I can go!Comment
