These two are mortal enemies in the ring.
But If there is challenge for pacquiao , Marquez was there to protect and defend him.
Remember Joel Casamayor, he followed Manny and challenged him to fight him but Marquez cannot take it anymore and he was the one who accepted the challenge for Manny. Result he knocked out Casamayor.
Remember Juan Diaz, he kept challenging Manny again and again, what Marquez did, he fought Diaz for Manny and knocked him out too.
Then Mayweather was looking for tune-up before Manny, Marquez fought him to know whether Mayweather is strong enough for Manny but he was not.
I salute you Marquez, you are not only a protector and defender of Manny you really care for him.
