    Roach on Margarito

Roach annoys me with alot of his comments on other boxers but I have to say I agree on his comments in regards to Margarito. For margarito to say he did not know what is in his gloves is idiotic. Also, Roach points out that Cotto was doing well for 6-7 rounds and then everything changed and this is a fighter(Cotto) that has hardly ever taking a beating and yet took a beating from Margarito's gloves that made you question it. Why could he not do the same to Mosley, who Cotto beat. If you believe Margarito did not use plaster...fine. There is no evidence, but please use common sense and this time Roach did.

margarito broke cotto's nose in the second round, you think that has something to do with cotto not being able to fight well?

styles make fights. and even if not cotto was getting tagged in the first 6-7 rounds. even though he was doing well he was still taking punishment, mosley wasnt. also everyone knows mosley is much more durable than cotto, even though cotto beat him. finally mosley came in with a perfect gameplan, cotto fought like a fool. here he has a guy with a strong chin, and he himself is best known for his bodypunching. then for some reason he turns headhunter.

end of the day styles make fights. the triangle theory NEVER works.

Fighters have fought entire fights with broken hands...

A broken nose is no big deal...
