You could see him trying throwing the lead right hook to knockdown JMM's left hand a couple times. The version of Pac you see now is even better, but you can see that he was almost the same fighter in the last JMM fight.

He knocked JMM down with a counter left in the 3rd and when he buckled JMM in the later rounds, it was a counter punch like the one he hit Hatton with (over and over) but with the left.
no matter how much pacquiao develops , pac-jmm fights will always be draws or splits decisions 122-130.

god (if you believe in him) made those 2 to fight each other.

135 and up , the tougher pac gets for jmm though since pac has a better ability in moving up in weight because he is more physically gifted.

Exactly, people say styles make fights, but don't really understand the ****.

The fight would still be close at 135, but anything above it would probably be a clear cut W for Pac.

          i feel the same way.

jmm was very unlucky in the pac trilogy.

126 pac was very beatable for jmm.

if it wasn't for the 3 knockdowns when jmm was caught off guard by pac's speed , he should have won the 1st fight.

he made a mistake not taking the immediate rematch at 126 that hbo offered. he could have easily won an immediate rematch.

then with the gbp-top rank legal troubles , that delayed pac's rematches with gbp fighters barrera and marquez at 130 giving roach more time to develop pac and even then it was close.

now because of oscar and hatton having pac move up to 147 and 140 , the 3rd fight will probably be at 140 instead of 135. pac at 140 is tough for jmm. too tough imo.

bad luck for jmm. he could easily be 2-0 against pac if things went his way.

You pretty much summed it up, bad managing and bad luck ****ed up JMM's career. 1 or 2 official W's over Pac could have made him a top 75 or 50 ATG.

he should have taken the immediate rematch with pacquiao.

and also you know the morales fight was offered to marquez before pacquiao.

the morales trilogy is what made pacquiao a star. that could have been jmm instead.

Pacquiao-Marquez Trilogy is Possible, Says Roach

Even though Juan Manuel Marquez was dominated in his last ring outing with Floyd Mayweather Jr. in September, trainer Freddie Roach says a trilogy bout is possible with Manny Pacquiao for March 2010. Pacquiao returns on November 14 against WBO welterweight champion Miguel Cotto. There is a tentative return date for Pacquiao in March of next year. [details]

The problem with Nacho is that he was paranoid and thought they were always getting screwed. Supposedly, Arum somehow got them financial parity with Pacquiao when he was with Murad Muhammad, but Nacho wanted the whole pie thinking Arum was holding out on him.

Marquez should have gotten involved and tried to get the fight done before negotiations completely fell through.

                  Be easy Green, I'm out.
