Is Manny faster, stronger, better above 130lbs?

His performances above Jr Lightweight have been more impressive than those at 130lbs and below...

    Proof...

He handled David Diaz easier than he did Jorge Solis...

He dominated Oscar De La Hoya easier than he did Oscar Larios...

He KTFO Ricky Hatton easier than he did Emmanuel Lucero, LOL...

Will he destroy Cotto easier than he did Jorge Eliecer Julio???

    No, it's all an illusion.

Sure looks that way. Maybe it's the opponents - we'll soon see. But I'll have to prostrate myself in front of General Santos City if he pulls off something similar to his recent bouts.

            It's down to three things:

            Executing good game-plans with Roach.

Improving overall skills (especially since the second Marquez fight), and turning an ordinary right hand into a great one.

Not cutting so much weight. Instead, fighting near his natural / walk-around weight. Floyd is doing the same thing, and like Manny, he had tougher fights at lower weights. IMO both these guys right now are virtually untouchable.

The "ordinary right" stopped being ordinary a long time ago. Like the second Morales fight. Remember "Manila Ice?" And Roach has been around that long as well. I'll dare to say it may be the quality of comp - let's face it, a lower division Marquez is better than every guy he's fought since. Cotto is the best opponent he'll have faced since.
