      i think he needs a new nutritionist/conditioning coach. seems like he's stripping muscle instead of fat, otherwise he'd look ripped like Pacquiao.

        I am no boxer but I like doing boxing training for fitness purposes. Before i started doing hard cardio and plyometrics, I would be out of breath when doing sprints but now I can do sprints for a while and steady cardio routines and still have a medium heartbeat and not be out of breath at all. I could always do steady longterm running but with maintained high intensity work, you notice the difference....I can go hard 3 minute rds for 45 minutes to an hr on a heavy bag and still be good afterwards.
