Dude's probably a mando. And there's no names at 154 right now anyway. Best fights are unification fights amongst the titlists, but none of em are really stars. Spinks lost what name power he had a while ago.

There in the same stable or promoter and this was signed just 2 days ago.

He was trying to get Dzinziruk but I guess they never reached an agreement.
