Pavlik has the chin to go 12 with Williams and the power to make it so Williams doesn't even get the opportunity to get a decision. Pavlik had one bad loss, above his weight class, to an ATG, and he didn't get KO'd. Taylor lost at his natural weight, to a very unproven Pavlik(at least on the title scene) and he got KO'd convincingly, and lost his next fight to the same guy. Pavlik KO'd his next opponent, and hasn't fought since. They both had bad losses, and both haven't exactly shined after, but Taylor fell off the title scene in full view of the public, in the ring. Kelly Pavlik has fallen off the face of the earth due to a messed up hand. Both terrible, but not really similiar in nature.

Let me put it this way...

DO you think Williams could be to Pavlik what Pavlik was to jermaine? If they meet now that is..

Lol, Taylor took the hardest fights possible after winning the title and generally looked bad.

Pavlik has taken the easiest fights and has looked spectacular (obviously).

I see 0 similarities, other than they have both gone downhill since winning the title (which afflicts about a quarter of fighters who win a title in my estimation).
