Pac would never get in the ring with a Prime DLH.

if Manny can beat Cotto who are you to say he wouldnt have a chance? we'll see what kind of power he has in a welterweight. Dela Hoya was good but not as good as some of you were claiming. he lost to Mosley twice. Cotto beat Mosley. if PacMan beat Cotto dont count him out. that dude lost all his biggest fights in his career. agains Trinidad, Mosley twice, Hopkins, Mayweather, Pacquiao. had a controversial win against Felix Strum.
Prime DLH fought prime competition and moved still fighting the best. DLH when he fougt Pacquiao was not the best and niether is Hatton at 140lbs. I am not gonna diss the mexicans at super featherweight but I feel fighters like Trinidad Vargas Mayorga Mosley and Whitaker in thier primes were more devestating and dangerous given thier heavier weight and overall boxing skill

what i was saying is if Cotto lost to Manny u still wouldnt give Manny a chance against prime Dela Hoya right? eventhough he lost all the biggest fights he's ever been?
I would have no excuses if he beats Cotto and would give him a lot of credit. What do you mean with "excuses like I always do?" However, I think he's going to lose. Can't say he'd beat a prime De La Hoya if he beats Cotto, though. Oscar was that good.

why? because he was that good in his prime in 147 lbs? better that Cotto in a welterweight? better than Mosley? was he that good like one of the best that Manny would never get in the right with DLH?

Do you doubt that? Pacman isn't ****** you know? He isn't going into the ring against someone he knows can beat him at a higher weight. Even with Cotto, this fight is happening after Pacquiao attended the Cotto vs Clottey fight and thought he could defeat Miguel based on his performance. He told Arum "he has a weakness, I can exploit it." and they arranged the fight. There was a whole interview about it from back in June when the fight took place.

You can bet your ass that, had Cotto completely decimated Clottey in a big way, there's no way in hell Pacquiao would be getting in the ring with him on Nov 14th, which I think was a big mistake by Manny to underestimate him.
