He'd be weight-drained too since he has a big build for a 5'9 guy. I'm about 5'9/5'10 in height too but if I starved myself to make 154 I'd be weight drained too since my natural weight I feel comfortable around is 170-180 because of my build.

Arthur is devastating at 168, and thats where he belongs. This thread makes no sence cause he could never make 154, he moved up to supermiddle because it was hard for him to make 160.

He looks healthier and fitter at 168, and he clearly has the ability to at least maintain his power from 160 there.

I can't see him moving down, yeah maybe he'd clean up, but it would be hard to maintain that weight and his performance would suffer. He may as well just stick about and clean out 168 if anything
