Good for 'BoMac' we'll get a chance to see if it's his methods or what that make the difference, because each of these guys have their own issues and faults that needs improvement.

He needs an immediate liquid diet, or he will die like Gary Russell Sr in a diabetes co-morbidity cesspool from hell!

You need to get some business while on here speaking down about someone's health and have the nerve to mention the late Gary Russell Sr, would you be that disrespectful in front of any one of his son's, hell no because you would get that a_s tapped! Bye Bastard

His son's would already know his death could have been prevented - just like BoMac's still can. It takes intervention! I've seen what Diabetes can do to a number familiy members and it is serious as ****! To educate you, Type-2 Diabetes can be reversed if caught in time. I've helped people reverse it so don't come on here talking out your ass.

Interesting. I didn’t know he was working with Richard Torrez.

The way he phrased it was kinda disrespectful but he is telling the truth. If you dont take care of your temple dont be sad if it falls apart and buries you. People are always sad if someone close dies but only very few take some effort to help the person while he is still here.

U get it! He was being negative and disrespectful and like I said he wouldn't say that to a fighter's face especially mine, I'm a former martial art person and professional fighter and owned a personal trainer business and delivery means everything when you are talking health and wellness!
