When the ropes are the only thing preventing you from falling, you can be considered down, even out if you are in defensive mode, not throwing any punches and shaken, which all happened with Wardley several times past round 6. So yeah, the stoppage should have come earlier, and I was expecting it in rounds 8 or 9.
Is Tyson Fury also a sausage? Because he never made the rematch vs. Deontay Wilder immediately, in fact? And he pulled out of the scheduled rematch vs. Wladimir Kiltschko twice unfortunately due to his then circumstance. Tyson Fury also never made the rematch vs. Francis Ngannou, after it was universally accepted that he lost that fight over 10 rounds, it was down to Anthony Joshua to step up and beat Francis Ngannou and defend heavyweight boxing from its biggest existentialist threat of this century'.

Note: Out of Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Fabio Wardley 'Joshua is the only one of those three fighters, to avenge a loss immediately at top level vs. Andy Ruiz Junior II'.

But I agree with you? In regards to the damage accumulating from his recent fights 'maybe being embroiled in another brutal fight for Fabio Wardly vs. Daniel Dubois II, is not going to be very beneficial for him unless he wins'.

But Fabio Wardley is not in the position of Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua 'those two fighters can due to their own merit and resumes, step in and out of mega fights. They are not sitting around waiting for big opportunities; they are the fighters that create mega opportunities for other heavyweight fighters'.

If a big opportunity is right there for Fabio Wardley 'I think he has to take it. He may never get another opportunity to fight for a World title again. He is clearly not an elite level boxer, and he struggles to win rounds consistently against Heavyweight fighters above domestic and European level'.

To conclude: So for me personally, I think Fabio Wardley should initiate an immediate rematch 'not many top level fighters, are going to want to fight Wardley without any World titles on the line. He has to seize this opportunity and take the rematch'.

Fabio Wardley has the power to hurt Daniel Dubois 'but unfortunately his boxing fundamentals are lacking. But this can be improved. Will it be enough for him to win a rematch? Well he will not be the favourite, but he will be a live underdog in his rematch vs. Daniel Dubois II'.

Fighters like both Fabio Wardley and Daniel Dubois in my opinion 'don't really have the ability to be long time reigning champions. They make stylistically easy fights for them, difficult and as you can see with their careers. They have both already been embroiled in more serve brutal fights than Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua'.

And that is not because they have fought at higher level 'it is because they are not elite level fighters' skill for skill. Fights which Fury and Joshua have won quite straight forward, may have been brutal fights for Dubois and especially Wardley'.

Congratulations to Daniel Dubois and both Fabio Wardley for a great fight etc.

why would he take a rematch unless he thought he could alter the flow of the fight and take less damage and win

i think most would agree that looks unlikely, unless he feels he had an off night and could do better

i dont think a rematch is sensible in this case, he didnt have the skills to trouble daniel enough to make him think about quitting and not being able to win

Wardley should forget it. He doesn't belong there. Dubois is a very dangerous fight for him.
