A promoter should never leave a fighter inactive for a long time after a loss. Arreola needs a win to regain his confidence.

I was defending chris about it doesnt matter if hes out of shape as long as he

The fight is in discussions, but Tua's promoter Kushner is very difficult to negotiate with.
