Boxing is upside down worse than ever - you have genuine top talents like Tito Mercado getting side-lined and then you have manufactured fighters like Mielnicki, fighters judged by promoters as potential crowd favourites, being e..v..e..r so gradually manoeuvred towards a title shot without beating anyone of note - yeah his last few opponents were unbeaten but look at who THEY beat to become unbeaten - fighters with 25-50 losing records or fighters with 1-0 records.
Vito is being held back until he can fight a diminished fighter for a vacant belt.

The good thing about Vito is he's still young. Most fighters who have 24 fights under their belt are in their 30s at least in America.
