    I've hardly ever heard the terms "Philly Shell" or "Hitman style" used. I believe the crab was the type of defense Archie Moore, Ken Norton and Tim Witherspoon had.

    I'd rather use the term shoulder roll because that's effectively what it is.

                      If James Toney had the dietary and gym discipline of a Mosley, Hopkins or Mayweather he could've very possibly have ended up a true top 5 ATG.
