Roberto Duran is the best Mexican boxer. Mexican American father.

You know it's in the blood when you are born and raise in country that doesn't care too much for boxing (Panama) and still become one of the greatest ever.

Roberto would have been a MEGA star had he claimed his Mexican blood too

in his autobio film he thought his father was a white boy and didn't find out Mexi-Ameri until later on in life when he was an adult and met his father

Historically, Panamanians always had a very relaxed, loose, awkward, herky jerky style, with good head movement and sharp reflexes, like Panama Al Brown, Ismael Laguna, Ernesto Marcel, Eusebio Pedroza, Hilario Zapata, Celestino Caballero, and many others. Duran's boxing style was Panmanian, not Mexican

Roberto was incredible defense for a swarmer

One of a kind a special guy

Unlikely that Panama nor Philippines will produce someone who can surpass Roberto and manny

Right now is Japan TBE Naruto Ninja Naoya

But Japan churns out so much talent that I can see someone in the future being buffer than Naoya

Oscar De La Hoya, Ortiz, Bam Rodriguez, Benavidez don't have the Traditinal Mexican style, but that doesn't take away the fact that they are Mexican.
