    Good initiative. Why would matchmaking be extremely stressful? Perhaps having to travel a lot to gyms, see fights? If you get it wrong a few times you could lose your job, but many jobs are like that.

      After what happened to Ricky Hatton last year I think boxing needs things like this more than ever because it’s such a hard sport and these fighters after it’s over can’t seem to handle that sometimes so support is always needed
