    #1

4 young heavyweight hot propects from the red corner.

With Usyk being 38 years old the torch will soon be passed to the new #1 top gun. He will be in the boxing hall of fame, I say a first time ballot hall of famer. There is no higher honor in boxing as few men were.

Ranked #2 is Kaybel. He is a very good, but not great heavyweight who features a top body attack, and good all around just isn't special size, speed, or power to be #1 for long after Usyk retires or declines due to age. The German has a good resume at age 33 and is at his best right now.

Who is the future of the heavyweight division? We turn to the red corner. There are 4 Russian young guns ready to explode in the scene.

David Surov. 1-0 , 1 ko. This man can be a heavyweight champion of the world ( one of the four major belt holders ) and viewed as the best man in heavyweight boxing. He is the next boxer since Lewis and maybe further back than that. Offensively, he is very gifted with faster hands than Usky and has the accuracy to match. The jab, hook, straight shots , uppercut, and body attack are there at a high level . His hand speed rates a 9 out of 10. His accuracy rates a 9 out of 10. And he has quite a bit of power which has improved since has gone pro. His footwork, foot speed, and balance are what I call special. It is very fast and he moves with such speed and balance as if he is on rails. Timing this man is very hard to do. A 10 out of 10 in this department. He knows where to move and how to set up his punches. He stand 6'2" tall and weighed 230 for his pro debut. Estimated reach is 78"

Alex Dronov. He is 10-0, with 8 ko's. The 6'5 1/2 " man has an unusual build with very thick arms and legs, and a short reach ( 77.5" is my guess ) for his height. He is a body punching specialist and he embraces the right style to take advantage of his arm length which features fast hands and very good accuracy, He had added a lot of muslce snice his amertur days. At 268 lbs for his last fight , I think his ideal weight is around 255-260. His power level is around an 8 of 10. Good defense in the form of a high guard, massive arms to protect him, and tucked chin with really good countering ability he has. He has been active since turning pro in March 2023 md former world amter jr super heavyweight champion. Career projection, at least a top 15 ranked fighter.

Svetoslav Tererin. 0-0. A bear of a man is 6'3" tall, he has very good power, conditioning, heart and a top chin ( he was never stopped in 97 amatuer bouts ) vs. excellent competition. No he did not beat Surov or Donorv in the amateurs losing close 3 round fights to them. But his game is suited for the professional ranks. 10-12 round fights, not 3 round matches. Here his power , conditioning, heart, and durability will shine. Skill wise he is above average, with plus hand speed. Power wise he rates say 8.5 out 10. He turns professional in March. It too early to project his pro career but I will saat lest at top 50 box rec ranked heavyweight

Mark Petrovsky. 7-0, 5 Ko's. A very good, say 9 out of 10 puncher on the power scale, with fast hands he has not fought since 12-2023! Something must have happened to him. Why has he been this inactive? He won the world amateur championship in 2021. A bit short, he makes it work for him and fights the best style for him. This is to say by being an aggressive forward moving type who can fight and beat his man to the punch when he is up close to his opponent. He has plus level footwork ( fast feet and technical footwerk ) to his in and out style. He is good with accuracy and hand speed too. A waste of talent is the end of his career. But if / when he comes back to the scene can still make some noise. He was on the fast track facing very good opposition for a man under ten fights. If he returns to the right, his pro potential is that of at least a top 15 fighter. He is on the short side in height at 6'1" with a 76 " rech.
