Who is currently the P4P #1 boring fighter in boxing?

Shakur Stevenson is frequently cited in boxing discussions and by critics as a "boring" fighter,
often labeled a "runner" or a "technical spoiler" due to his defensive, low-risk, lack of stoppages, and decision wins.
Rolly Romero and other critics calling him "a cure for insomnia".

Devin Haney is often characterized by heavy reliance on the jab, movement, and clinching
—often results in low-action, 12-round decisions that fail to engage fans.
His win against Jose Ramirez in 2025 is described as one of the most boring fights ever.
It ranks as number four in CompuBox history for the fewest punches thrown in a 12-round fight.
Eddie Hearn stated that Haney is struggling to sell fights, appearing "gun-shy".

i personally find pitbull cruz to be pretty boring. not as bad as arnold barboza and jose ramirez, but i typically do not look forward to seeing cruz fight. jack catterall and canelo are kinda boring as well.
