Martinez and Williams is a very good fight. Martinez has already fought and beaten a taller opponent in Russel Jordan who is also a southpaw (although not in the same league as Williams). I think they are similar in stature so the height won't be a problem.

Martinez fights on the outside mostly while Williams seldom use his reach and prefers to fight on the inside, I think this matchup favors Martinez.
