Boxing is about, what have you done for me lately? Shakur today, but after smelling like the tide left coming into this fight. He made it look easy this time. I don't know who can beat him, but some will put him into reverse. He is no KO artist.

There is always a style that's problematic. Floyd never mentioned Paul Williams even though both fought with Haymon. Paul was begging for the fight and Floyd chose to avoid him. Antonio Margarito called out Floyd many times and then confronted him face to face, Floyd stammered and made excuses. When questioned, Floyd claimed he would beat Winky Wright easy so he didn't need to fight him. Winky Wright, laughed because he knew Floyd picked his opponents and would never offer Winky a fight, not even at a catch weight like Floyd had on other occasions.

Floyd stayed away from prime Paul Williams, prime Antonio Margarito and even an older Winky Wright because their styles and length where all wrong for Floyd and and Floyd knew it. I'm not saying Floyd would win or lose, what I am saying was that Floyd recognized the danger in fighting long rangy fighters that can box and punch and he was never going to take those chances.
