"The filing stems from claims that moneys that should have been distributed to Mayweather were instead sent directly to longtime adviser Al Haymon by Showtime and Espinoza" then why not sue haymon too?
So he really is broke, and not afraid to throw his closest ally under the bus. You could never trust him as a friend. Leonard Ellerby probably ran for the hills after the fight game ran out.
This CONFIRMES that Floyd Mayweather has gone broke. We'll see if that brings him back into the ring. Probably still the best.
So a co-worker who lives in an area of Jersey that sees a lot of prominent figures pass by due to a lot of bars/clubs at night said, a friend of his who lives among that area was told by someone he spoke with at one of these places that Fraud was broke. 3 weeks ago he told me this at work. Mind you, he's not even a boxing fan, more of an MMA guy. He said with amusement, SO YOU HEARD?! Floyd is Broke! I'm like, huh? He's like, yeah, that's what my buddy told me. When he said that, I immediately knew who he was talking about because this guy seems to know everything before it's announced. I didn't take much from it because stuff like this is commonly said, especially on these forums about any fighter really whose hated.
Fast forward now and you got this happening, plus Jr. wanting an exhibition match. Wild.
