      Totally different levels
I mean how many elite fighters has Stevenson beaten? I could be wrong but I'm guessing he's only beaten 3 or 4 former World Champions. I agree that he's on top of the P4P list but his resume isn't that illustrious. Fortunately, he's in the 135-140 class and there are a lot of big names there.

Teo was the first opponent in 6 fights that was either a champ or former champion. That makes you p4p 1? ...lol

Well someone won a significant fight so boxing scene overreaction theory dictates that we must bump them up to p4p #1 promptly after their win.

I think once again that people need to calm down with any fighter 'who just so happens to win, in the moment. Step back and then analyse their wins and performances beyond just the surface level'.

Shakur Stevenson, really? Has only just arrived on the scene as anelite level fighter 'this was his first elite level fight vs. Teofimo Lopez, and win'.

Oleksandr Uysk who I personally rate as the pound for pound number 1 fighter in the world 'In terms of having achieved the most impressive and difficult feats in the sport out of all current active fighters'.

Uysk in comparison to Stevenson, has been an elite level fighter since he became an Undisputed Cruiserweight Champion. Then moving up from Cruiserweight Divisions into the Heavyweight division, and becoming an Undisputed Champion. This boxing feat is a difficult boxing feat than anything Shakur Stevenson has achieved in the game. This is an objective fact'.

Oleksandr Uysk in order to beat both Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua twice back to back 'had to overcome more challenges, and a greater variation in competitive attributes than Shakur Stevenson vs. Teofimo Lopez'.

Tyson Fury during their rematch outweighed Oleksandr Uysk II by 55 pounds 'Uysk was still able to force Fury into fighting quite a tentative measured fight and systematically out boxed him over the duration of the 12 round fight. And during their first fight, Uysk during round 9 bounce Fury around the ring like a ping pong ball'.

I personally regard Oleksandr Uysk's wins against Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua twice back to back 'as the greatest individual boxing wins, achieved by any fighter in the sport of boxing for the past 15 years'.

The jump from Cruiserweight into the open class heavyweight divisions, is the biggest challenge in boxing 'there have only been two other fighters in history besides Oleksandr Uyk, who have been able to successful move up from the Cruiserweight Divisions and win world titles in the Heavyweight Divisions. And those fighters are Evander Holyfield and David Haye'.

Oleksandr Uysk on merit is the pound for pound number 1 fighter in the world 'he has achieved the greatest feats in the sport, out of all current active fighters. And he is the most accomplished active fighter in the sport etc.

He’s putting himself into the conversation now. With Usyk, Inoue, Bam, Bivol, and Benavidez.

Those six are the best fighters in the world at the moment in my opinion.

I would say he’s up there yeah. Whilst he hasn’t had the fights, it’s clear to see how good he is. He just moved up to defeat a two division ring champ (though Teo has looked pretty tame since Loma) and made him look like a rank amateur. There’s no other fighter from 135 to 147 that could do that to Teo imo, I even think a Haney/Lopez fight would be more competitive.

Inoue and him are even for me imo re: athleticism and IQ. Usyk just has that overwhelming ability to adjust and grind out the win, but is going to look less skilled compared to the lighter, faster guys.

Also love that Shakur almost never loses his shape or balance. He looks similar in rd 1 to rd 12. Fires that laser backhand and check hook and instantly back into position.
