"It may turn out that only the deep-background, truly sophisticated fans will look at it and say, ‘Oh, that was a great show,’" Jim also anticipating a snoozer.

Shakur by stoppage, 7-8 rounds, ref has no choice due to Teo unresponsive on ropes.

I got Shakur by running Laps around Teo like De Los Santos. Indy 500. Teo will gas out from all the chasing after Shakur. Shakur will extend his jab and leave it out there, and the Ref won't say anything. People will call it sweet science, hit and DON'T get hit, by running.

Teo is so much better than Zepeda.
Emotionally unstable, inconsistent at times, but when Teo fights elite opposition, it seems like he rises to the occasion.

Shakur is boring, conservative, defensive. He got no power.
And if he fights like he did vs Zepeda, he gonna lose.

If Shakur wins, he plays it safe throughout. But i got a feeling Shakur’s pride will make him stand and trade at times. He doesnt want to be called a runner and boring. Teo will land the more effective punches and will come out on top.

"Guys who had spectacular records because they were knockout proof and they retreated,y win the majority of rounds"

              Is that a Freudian slip?

I'm optimistic about the fight - if nothing else, it's at MSG - some of the most passionate crowds have shown up in that building.

If probably won't be like this, but anything resembling Paulie-Cotto, Zab-Cotto passion could bring that extra.

I don't think Shakur is that passionate to lay out on the line. Bro is too soft. Run, Keep the distance, and try to counter.

I'm not really a fan of his myself - but he does mostly say the right things about wanting to fight the best fights. He's got drive and motivation, he'd turned out well as a fighter....but, yeah, seems to lack the passion us fans can feel watching on TV.

I'm going to give him a chance to show something more in a fight like this - if fighting at MSG doesn't bring out some pride then I don't know what will.
