Why not a deal to fight Murtazaliev if he wins?

Having a deal with Boots is the most odd thing to me. Hearn always says he searches for the best opponent for Boots meanwhile he has a deal in place with the weakest opponent possible.

Kelly is a big underdog with UK bookies.

He's odds on not just to be beaten but knocked out and probably early.

You used to get the odd weird line on UK boxers with our boxers.
