    Cringe Garcia. Pretty accurate nickname.

People are criticising Ryan Garcia for having a bit of a distasteful attitude, but? It is that intensity, which was missing during his build up to fighting Rolando Romero 'I am not implying that Garcia would have beaten Romero with a different approach, but he at least may have produced a better effort in that fight'.

Note: They say boxing is sometimes about timing, and the timing of this fight 'his near perfect for Ryan Garcia to win and capture a World title'.

Just think back to the fighters that have not won World titles, most recently? I think that Luke Campbell the 2012 Olympic Champion was good enough to win a World title in his weight divisions, but unfortunately he was competing during a very strong era at 135 pounds'.

Ryan Garcia has already proven that against true elite level fighters, he has not really been on their level 'he was knocked out by Gervonta Davis, and he was unable to beat Devin Haney on equal terms in a fair fight'.

Garcia has never beaten a World level fighter, his best win is against the worst version of Luke Campbell 'and during that fight, Campbell was winning the fight before he was stopped by body punches'.

To conclude: Nevertheless, Mario Barrios is a solid fighter 'but he is not elite level. And I don't really think he has any attributes that should intimidate Ryan Garcia at his best'.

This is a fight that Ryan Garcia can definitively win, and by knockout 'and then future mega fights vs. Devin Haney and Conor Benn are good title defenses to make. I think Garcia has the ability to laser out Benn, but beating Devin Haney II in a rematch may be more difficult'.

Overall I make Ryan Garcia the slight favourite to win this fight; the timing is near perfect 'So he has to grasp this opportunity with maximum intensity and effort' etc.

It's not black or white it's green. Devin Haney hand picks his opponents just like Ryan Garcia because he can, no other reason.

Ryan is one weird dude. His personality is all over the place. He goes from seemingly normal though overly confident on YT videos where he's collaborating with others. This comes off equally cringe. Then on press conferences, he takes a page from Mayweather it seems and just turns into a total d**k that you want to see ktfo. It's like he's a bipolar Mayorga and old school Oscar Dela Hoya.

I can almost see him as a popular gatekeeper at this point. He might be Barrios, but who cares? A 45yr old Pacquiao scored a draw that some felt he could of even got a decision. That goes to show how terrible Barrios is.

My thing, and this goes back to my other thread. If he claims alcohol made him suck, yet he had his best performance under alcohol (and ostarine of course), then what has he become when he's off both? lol. We got a glimpse vs Rolly. The only difference here is that if Barrios can't get his respect the way Rolly did, Ryan is more than likely going to let shots go hoping to take out Barrios.

I really think Rolly just has Ryan's number. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that Rolly would truck Ryan back in the amateurs.

It was sad to watch, he is trying to fake being crazy, but he just looked crazy, deeply wounded, honestly, he was acting scared. and the BS with Goosen, this is business, that was some little kid sh/t, people don't think it's a big deal, but going to college, getting an education, its not just about the academics, it teaches you socialization, critical thinking, and Ryan clearly missed that boat

I can't stand Devin, but he just beat the most dangerous champ at 147. Ryan got trucked by the immortal Rolly in his last fight.

You are correct however, Haney did not pick Kambosos. Haney was just not the A side and I don't think he ever was.
Garcia is the A side and for as long as he fights, he will always be the A side EVEN against Tank, he was the A side.

Canelo and Ryan can lost their next 5 fights but they will still get title shots.
