while on paper Cotto has a slight advantage. I think Pacman being considered the "smaller" is not a legitimate claim at this point. When they enter the ring Cotto will not outweigh Pacman by much. Their reach is practically the same and so is their height. Pacman is coming up in weight but he's fought there before so at this point he is well adjusted to this weight class.
I don't think Pacmans hands are faster than cottos. I don't think he hits harder. So the only thing we're really talking about is fight style. Now, against Margarito Cotto's power and style was ineffective. But against Pacqiao. . . He can box all night long. And believe me, he will. If pacquiao doesn't establish himself earlier as the better man, you will see Cotto assert himself as the fight goes on.
