I'm thinking that the same rules of vetting personell needs to be followed in any world, but especially so in scam filled Nigeria.

You don't have a guy with no license being your trusted driver speeding, swerving and killing mates.

Couldn't give a fück if he was my actual legit brother. Negro better have a license or i ain't riding with him.

Smash Joshua's Nigerian background can be specifically traced back to the Yoruba people, amongst whom he is of aristocratic rank.

AJ is one of the biggest names with a Nigerian background. He has a security escort everywhere he goes there and must have a team in charge of organising his security and movements / drivers. Hard to believe they got a driver without a licence even more so considering the drivers son said he has been AJs driver for 3 years, that would mean AJ will have got to know him personally and have trust in him.

          They need a thorough investigation

          1. Did he really have a license or not
          2. Checks on the car, if any signs that the brakes could have failed
          3. Speed - hard to judge without cameras, unless the car was tracking speeds braking etc. Also there were others behind on the highway, get as many witness statements as possible
          4. Checks on the tyres
          5. AJs events of what happened

The 2nd SUV of Joshua's party would have had a literal front row seat of what happened.

            What's their story ?

It’s just a terrible situation. And if you know anyone who has been through extreme trauma of surviving an accident with casualties, he may never be the same again. So gloves off Joshua. If Fury is really coming back, pushing 40, let him fight Wardley or Kabayel and have his career end in a humiliating KO

Don't know. But yes his security escort were in a car behind so they would have given their version. I saw a post from Nigeria (I do not no if it is legit but has a lot of likes) of a woman who said she was being the convoy and said they were driving wrecklessly and the car just veered to the right and they heard a crash. But she also thinks the driver lost consciousness or fell asleep and said no potholes and there was no tyre blowout. The different versions from people do not add up. From the photo I have seen of the tyres there doesn't seem to be a tyre blowout. From the video I have seen off the road after the crash road does also seem fine and no potholes.

Driver is claiming brakes failed apparently based on his lawyer, but again not clear as the daily mail article to report it said the lawyer said he had not even properly spoke to the driver yet

To me that much damage I thought speed is probably a factor, brakes can fail also it is not an impossible thing to happen. The driver was also his driver for a few years apparently.

There's raw footage of the aftermath available for those who wish to see it. One of the deceased's head was vapourised in a similar way to Nicole Catsouras. Far from being ghoulish, I think our car-centric culture would benefit from seeing real outcomes of poor/dangerous driving.
