Good interview series. Some constructive feedback: try to ask fewer compound questions. Ask a concise open-ended question and you'll get a more meaningful answer.
'We still have issues when fighters test positive from the sense that every case is handled differently by them and their representatives and the commissions'
thats an understatement
most of them get off scott free now especially with the WBC involved who pull out all the stops to get busted guys off with no consequences whatsoever
And so many fighters only fighting once a year? hmm - Is that because the promotion scene is bad, because they are cycling off or maybe they are making too much money and have silk pyjamas syndrome?
Hitchens, Keyshawn, Bivol, Beterbiev, any Russell, Joshua, Fury, Usyk, Zurdo, Lara, Adames, either Charlo, Murtazaliev, Crawford, Thurman, Fundora, Tank, - endless list f the one fight/year professionals. What's the chances at least one of them is on gear?

fighting once a year and u barely have any testing at all i would say for most if not all of them, u dont even need to know how to game the system, u just ignore the system
'Labs or other individuals can make that assumption that it wasn’t meant to be there and it’s by accident and the athlete maybe shouldn’t be responsible, but I don’t think anyone knows the answer to that and I do think that micro-dosing is quite prevalent for anyone that is trying to cheat and so that becomes an issue'
trace amounts are the WBC's get out of jail card, we tested him this week and yeah he busted but he was ok the week before so lets just forget about it, he ate a dodgy doughnut that week or shook hands with some guy or whatever
'We’ve looked for months and months and to assume that these micro-doses of things are not beneficial in someone’s system, you can assume that’s the case because it’s such a small amount and that’s certainly the arguable point that athletes and their representatives and attorneys, et cetera, all put forth, but I don’t think that’s known for certain and that’s pretty frustrating to me as a physician'
oh u can bet these guys are getting something from it u can be sure of that, whether it allows them to train better, recover better, build better muscle or just more efficient cardio
