      He is a great and I don't have issue with him being a p4p no.1 but I also think Inoue at 1 is valid. I think activity should be rewarded more

      In 7 years Usyk has had 8 fights. 6 of those years has only fought once a year.

      Same time frame Inoue will have had 15.

      So there is more risk of Inoue losing or having a bad performance that people judge him on, then people like Usyk and Bud who fought once a year. If Usyk and Bud fought more there is more chance of a loss/bad performance/close fight in that time frame that people would also judge or criticise them on. See Bud Madrimov a lot thought that was close. Now let's say Usyk and Bud had an extra 7-8 fight in the same time frame as Inoue to match his, there is more room for error to be judged on in the extra fights.
