When does Wilder think his 'knocking everyone out, period was? The wheels started to come off for Wilder in 2018, when Oritz had him on qu eer street (before a remarkable recovery and KO by Wilder, admittedly) and when Fury outboxed him and the fight was a draw at the end of the year. In the middle of those two fights, Usyk unified at Cruiser. I wonder why he wasn't trying to line up a fight at heavyweight while still a cruiserweight, Derrr....

Anyway, if Usyk thinks Wilder has declined, he is not alone. Anyone with working eyes and an ounce of judgement also thinks Wilder has declined.
