That was the storyline before the fight. Now that the fight is done, the storyline is being altered to "Jake just ran, so it was impossible for A.J. to catch him". "A.J. just hit him with 50 % of his power". "A.J. was taking it easy on Jake". It's very reminiscent of the dumb hypothesis of the Mike Tyson VS Jake Paul fight. so many morons thought that was scripted and that old, crippled, stiff legged, shot to pieces Mike Tyson should have KO'd Jake or else it must be a "rigged fight". Fight fans are smooth-brained morons who don't know what they're watching when they tune into fights of any kind (whether boxing, MMA, or any combat sport). They remind me of the fools who get caught up in one political party or the other, as if they're cheerleading for a sports team. They just "think" with their emotions and can't believe that a fight is real if their hero doesn't meet their expectations.
