He accepted it late Nov/Dec in London , and it was announced on Dec 4th. Silva missed spoke of few days part, but 15-20 days isn’t a lot of time.

I missed the interviews - so I should;t accuse him of misspeaking, I'll just accuse him of being all class and trying to downplay the win saying he didn't have that much time to prepare.
