This is starting to remind me of Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs Conor McGregor, purely in betting terms. It was all crazy and people were buying money on Floyd, as the McGregor/UFC fans piled into the bookmakers and the odds got sexier.

-1300 for Joshua aren't exactly close odds.
If AJ doesn't knock him out in the first 3 rounds then it's scripted.

I heard of gambler betting something like 5 million on Paul but that makes no sense. The betting odds make no sense to me as IMO Joshua can only lose by injury which would be around 2 percent or so to me. Even if Jake was out hustling a arrogant Joshua at some point with any sustained attack like Joshua did against Usyk in the rematch where he had Usyk on the brink of folding would have Paul on the canvas counting sheep.

I remember Chavez Sr. when he was shot and over the hill and pushing 40 he was a 25 to 1 underdog against Tszyu and if you boiled Paul down he probably wouldn't be as good Scott Pink Cat Walker who Chavez easily beat after a few rounds of being out boxed.

Not meant to be disrespecful to Jake Paul because I admire what he's done in the amount of time he's done it. Having said that, if he's not getting carried out on a stretcher in the 1st round either dead or in a coma the fight is scripted/fixed. I would've thought he would've went maybe the Badou Jack route as I thought it his best hope of having any sort of chance to win a world title. Still can't believe this is actually happening and will only believe it when I see it. Joshua has enough money to freeze hell over and I can't imagine why he would do this just for the payday when he doesn't need the money.

No Badou Jack would still beat him like a drum if he could pace himself. Pau doesn't have that good of a gas tank that's why he only fights 8 round bouts.

I said "any sort of chance" I wasn't implying he would beat Jack. But I'll go out on a limb and say he'd have a better chance against a 42 year old Jack than a 35 year old Joshua. I honestly can't think of anyone much more dangerous for him to fight. I'll still believe it when I see it.

Jack is going to SHOCK the world! Shock it I say. Bet your house on him; you'll thank me afterwards.

Google search assist; "Jake Paul is considered a significant underdog in his upcoming fight against Anthony Joshua, with odds of 7-1 for a knockout victory. While Paul has shown knockout power in his previous fights, Joshua's experience and skill make this a challenging matchup for him."
