Comments Thread For: Lamont Roach on his aggressive approach vs. Cruz: ?I was able to disrupt him?

There was a method to Lamont Roach Jnr?s perceived madness, as he took on a more aggressive approach against Isaac Cruz for a reason.

Roach has a lot of dimensions to his game. The fact that he has had to settle for draws against two of the biggest names might not necessarily be a bad thing; it certainly brings attention to crummy judges and overall corruption. I will anxiously await his next move and hope he finally gets his fair shake.

Cruz, meanwhile, I don't necessarily have a problem with - he is an action fighter and that is always commendable, but he has one trick, and Roach one-upped him by performing it himself, and better.

The 115-111 Cruz judge should be asked to explain his scoring. The knockdown was cancelled by the holding deduction so how exactly did Cruz win by 4 points?

I get your point regarding Roach and it's a valid one. That said, the draws have an impact on the size of his next paycheck and on the opportunities that will present themselves..

I have nothing against Pitbull. He's one of my favorites but he absolutely lost this fight. Gift draw decison

I don't dispute that, which is why I hope he finally gets a fair shake. He's more than earned it by my estimation.

Thought Cruz did enough to get the nod. Draw was weak
