I'm not speculating as to why and how. I'm evaluating the facts as I see them. I'm a fan of Lara, I like him and root for him. But his resume at 160 is paper thin.

I agreed, but believe me when I say that not too many of the 160 guys, not that the division is loaded, are not to kin to fight him, same thing happened with Gamboa at 126, with Rigondaux at 122, frampton, quigg, mares and santa cruz all refused to fight him, shamelessly. But I do agreed is thin.

That said he has been easily dominating who he has fought at 160 which is what he is supposed to do as a world class fighter, too bad Janibek tested for PEDs, I was really looking forward to that fight. Gonzalez isn't very good so expect a dominant performance from Lara and after that, who knows maybe Adames?

So Lara did what he had to do versus late replacement González. Would’ve been nice to see what Landy still has in the tank versus a worthy opponent — his fights are numbered.
