I have yet to see fighters leave other good trainers and go to Buddy and they become very sucessful, in fact I have never seen Buddy take a fighter from being a beginner and then develop them into a top contender or champion yet! Prove me wrong

He's had success with fighters coming to him. Maybe not long term success, partly because those fighters come to him later in their careers. But, he's had good wins:

Tarver over RJJ in their 2nd and 3rd fights. Also got Tarver over Glen Johnson in the second fight after a SD loss in their first fight.

Kovalev over Eleider Alvarez in their 2nd fight. Plus wins against Yarde and Pulev.

Trained Arturo Gatti after his loss to DLH for a really good run. No shame in getting beat by Floyd Jr or even Baldomir that late in Gatti's career.

Had a good run with Paulie.

I think you're right that Buddy never developed anybody, though.

Also a decent run with current Callum Smith
